iATS Payments vs. Razorpay Payment Gateway

If you need a basic Salesforce integrated payment processor then you could consider using iATS. If you have complex needs and need a complex integration with Salesforce you might want to look elsewhere.

Razorpay Payment Gateway is suitable for starters as well as large enterprises too. They do not have annual maintenance charges, but the transactional charges could feel a little on the higher side for starters. However, the seamless payment interface and better acceptability make it a good choice. Even for businesses looking to broaden their horizon beyond India, it is nice to have international features enabled on your account.

• Better cut-off times for reporting purposes - sometimes previous day's transactions are reported on the next day's reports.
• Include Discover card transactions in the same deposit with the other cards.
• Take out fees immediately instead of waiting until the end of the month and doing a lump sum.

There are some situations where i would choose iATS, but there are other excellent competitors that should be considered as well. Which you choose will depend on your particular needs, the size of your organization and what functionality you need

Authorize.Net does not currently integrate with Salesforce which was a critical function that we needed, so we switched to iATS a little over 2 years ago once we implemented our Salesforce database. We are currently in the process of switching to Classy/WePay for the added features and better field mapping capabilities.

Stripe allows us to collect payment from GCC countries. Which is missing in Razorpay. Works fine for Indian customers
