Pros	IBM I like that problems are detected before they become serious, it is a relief for us to have software with a great daily impact on our system. Cons	IBM It is not software with good scalability, I do not see improvements in its very advanced constants in its updates. The central structure of this tool has made it difficult to use. Usability	IBM The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool. The tutorials and examples are great for starting the implementation and optimizing it a long the way to the required custom internal needs.
