as a user of IBM process mining i have been using this to enhance our strategy. which helps us in become prime vendor to deliver best talent globally. i have used to monitor and improvement of our process by extracting the actual research and development by mixing up with cold calling to getting more clients.

ibm is more practical than Celonis and ui path process mining because ibm effectively optimized our operation and its Accelerate productivity and less time and reduce error and due to AI its more easier than both. i personally found IBM most trusted and secure and its advance technology makes it morden.
