Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

A solution that came to our company to stay, when we started with IBM Process Mining we decided to have it in a trial period until we knew that it was really worth it. This platform works in a unique way. Going through its functions was pleasant, obtaining good results, with options for monitoring internal processes and analyzing our data. I also like being able to have very detailed reports of what is happening in our system at hand.

  • It is not software with good scalability, I do not see improvements in its very advanced constants in its updates.

  • The exponential increase in processed data always consolidates a better performance of the financial statement.
  • There are expenses in data processing that are currently at their best, we have already avoided processes with technical errors.
  • We have boosted the performance of the processes by more than 70%.
Our request to address a problem with compatibility with our ERP system and this IBM software was dealt with quickly and professionally. In just two hours, our compatibility problem was solved, and I think this makes us appreciate all IBM products because of their good technical support available at all times.

Better total control of our system, in addition to being able to have our clients' data at our disposal, is incredible. We can easily generate models, automation of business processes, and information necessary to make changes or improvements to them. IBM Process Mining has great potential and efficiency in all its functions. Everything you need is in this software.
