Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

IBM Process Mining is software that allows us to maintain constant end-to-end monitoring and thus improve our internal and external performance. It has a very intuitive user interface, convenient integration features, and professional process analytics. Artificial intelligence is optimal, as it simplifies manual work and avoids early detection of any problems in our processes, it is a much-needed service in our company, and since implementation we have been smooth and productive.
  • I like that problems are detected before they become serious, it is a relief for us to have software with a great daily impact on our system.
  • This software identifies bottlenecks very quickly.
  • Real-time monitoring prevents future problems from occurring and is quickly fixed.
  • Professional technical support team attentive to our needs.
  • It would be very necessary for this software to have a mobile version, since we are not always in our offices.
