We have received all the detailed documentation and requested information even on Friday evenings. The tutorials and examples are great for starting the implementation and optimizing it a long the way to the required custom internal needs. If needed, there is also the option to book a consultation with an IBM specialist which can recommend the proper processes of implementation.
Compared to ARIS Process Mining 10 & UiPath Business Automation Platform, IBM Process Mining is more geared toward understanding and improving existing processes, with process analysis and optimization. While others solutions might offer a more comprehensive automation suite, we have preferred the more in-depth reports and vastly easier implementation and lower resource usage, both human and technical.

The data mining used within our organization uncovered many logs, records and unnoticed processes, which resulted in a very detailed visual representation of the end-to-end processes, mapped out in sequence of events. We were able to identify a few bottlenecks which caused delays and deviations in our workflows. In short we were able to iron out the inefficiencies, which helped tremendously in deploying targeted improvements to our internal processes.
