It is a very effective system to improve processes that are not working fully. The detection of these flaws can only be achieved with IBM Process Mining since it is a software with more powerful results than other software that performs the same. Indeed, adaptation to each department was achieved, since it is very easy to implement and anchor to the different departments that use it. We visualize data very effectively and improve where we are lacking, automation is very effective in optimizing our manual functions.

Yes - It's not exactly a bug, but we did ask technical support for help to make our implementation more successful, the response was immediate and the solution very effective, they are very attentive when we need their help.
