The initial integration/configuration is complex and hence takes time. Once integrated it is very easy and nice to use. We can have the analytics with a very user-friendly dashboard. It provides detailed information which helps in finding causes and hence in improvement. I would say it is a very nice and user-friendly tool.

We have received all the detailed documentation and requested information even on Friday evenings. The tutorials and examples are great for starting the implementation and optimizing it a long the way to the required custom internal needs. Training is taking way longer than expected. We have had more than 50 hours of training and still do not feel proficient enough to do anything meaningful with Process Intelligence. The Process Insights are pretty intuitive but does take a willingness to dig in and explore, but in general good right out of the box.
