Webex Connect is an enterprise Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) that enables rapid automation of multi-channel customer journeys. The platform makes it easy for businesses to interact with their customers anywhere in the world on any channel -- SMS, Voice, RCS, Push, In-app, Email, Apple Business Chat, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and other messaging apps,

Webex Connect has the ability to automate customer interactions with channels ike SMS, email, chat, WhatsApp, and social media all in one place by integrating other tools, which saves time and ensures consistent customer experiences.
It doesn't stack against software like Teams - although Teams does have its own faults. Teams streamlines the communication between users, while Webex Connect feels outdated and is very glitchy. It is an ordeal to use Webex Connect when compared to Teams or even other similar …

Webex Connect has a great user interface and multiple client handling capacity, which makes it stand out from the competition. They also have support from Cisco teams, which is a game changer in this field. They have way more advanced systems than other companies.
The thing which makes Webex Connect different from its alternatives is its performance and quality they provide to the end user. They have a dedicated end to end encryption codes which is realizable and must have for a business due to that only we have chosen Webex Connect …
OpenMarket is well suited to support enterprise SMS at scale, with a wholesale and flexible solution. Their provisioning team is great in terms of response time, and support for their products is deeply rooted in industry and technological understanding of SMS. OpenMarket would not be well suited for small companies just starting to test the waters with SMS in a low barrier way.
Onfido is well suited for integrations within a mobile app for automated document processing and validation e.g. driver's licenses, passports etc. Onfido is less well suited for web applications since the quality and accuracy of the checks is very dependent on the quality of the image captured which in general is less high quality from a webcam.
Webex Connect is a necessity for many of our clients, and we have observed that their whole infrastructure is built around it. This proves to be more helpful, when you are working across platforms across multiple apps. Apart from that, managing client onboarding in projects, auto responders, creating channels, creating automated flows, pushing updates to keep them in loop, are some of the features that we use on a daily term. For me, Automation of flows was relatively new, and to see it in action for the first time was an incredibly new experience. Especially the part where I did API integration for our internal chat module.
OpenMarket does most things well. One thing they are missing is MMS capabilities on text enabled long numbers.
The portal for entering shortcode program briefs is kind of clunky, it would be nice is account managers took the Word document and imported it into the tool for clients.
Dashboard - current analytics are very high level pass, consider, fail - would like a more detailed breakdown of reasons why consider / fail aggregated in an easy to view format.
Speed consistency - sometimes Onfido checks are very fast, sometimes it takes a lot longer
OCR - we had issues with OCR data quality and had to add a step for users to verify information captured via OCR from Driver's Licenses.
The initial setup and configuration can be a bit complex for new users
The documentation could be more detailed for advanced automation use cases, and sometimes the response time for support queries feels slower during peak hours.
I would rate a solid 9 in case of usability as it does its work perfectly without any lacks and delays, we are using it for almost 3 years now and have not faced any major bug or issue with it. along with that it's easy to construct a Flow end to end where you just drag and drop icons to make the nodes working together with each other and as well as its learning curve is very simple and can be used by a non tech person also.
As a top tier aggregator, OpenMarket requires contracts to utilize their services, whereas other SaaS providers allow users to signup and start sending within a shorter amount of time. The benefit of using OpenMarket is the relationship, and the SLAs in availability they maintain. Other aggregators offer equal levels of service, so there are other shops in town selling the same thing with the same reliability.
Ultimately went with Onfido due to previous experience with applications & products that had worked with Onfido and from research Onfido appeared to be one of the main providers in the space providing reassurance internally on use of relatively new technology. Onfido security and compliance was also standout helping pass internal audits by cybersecurity and legal. Downside with Onfido is that the pricing model is complex and relies on accurate predictions of platform/user growth to secure the best price-per-check which is challenging in a startup environment.
