Iterable vs. Sitecore Send

Iterable is great for delivering your email marketing activity. We've not yet added other channels (although may do soon), but others report that the cross-channel capability is strong. Iterable manages to find the sophistication to enable our ambitions, yet remain user friendly and manageable. We're on a journey from relying heavily on old-fashioned blast emails to automated CRM. Iterable has been a fantastic tool to help us along the way. I particularly enjoy the journey builder that we trigger in multiple ways, from custom events, to list schedules, and user actions.

It enables businesses to execute marketing campaigns successfully and has robust workflow automation. I recommend their Pro plan to any marketing professional out there because of how it helps to strategically handle all marketing needs by boosting the level of automation.

• It is easy to onboard new users with building communications. The drag and drop editor is very intuitive to use.
• Allows for complex data structures on user profiles and in events. This is a key reason we onboarded to Iterable and have stayed with it.

• Locale management: being able to copy and past a template section/row/content from a locale to another. Also, be able to duplicate any locale to any locale. So far we can just duplicate the default locale into the rest of the locales

Iterable is super easy to use. I have experience with competing platforms, but Iterable is by far the most intuitive platform to use. I also really appreciate the way the product team is willing to accept product requests

Pretty straight forward but it takes sometime to get used to. Not exactly like WordPress or other open source cms but it gets the job done

Iterable is there like 99.9% of the time. However, when it goes down, it grinds us to a halt. Most of the time, outages are an hour or less, but if that's at a peak time, it can be a nightmare. That said, when the worst does happen, there are frequent updates and an easy situation tracker that give you an estimate of how much longer you'll have to wait for the issue to be resolved.

The API is super quick. The UI can be a little sluggish depending on what you're loading, but overall Iterable performs great. Iterable appears to do a good job of making processes async so that one action isn't blocking another.

I've never experienced any issues with Iterable. As I and my colleagues have learnt the system and it's features, response to questions and advice from our account manager is always quick. Kevin knows the product well, and with the few tricky questions has hasn't been able to answer he's been quick to get back to us.

When we were benchmarking CRM platforms, we analyzed many of them. Mailchimp's transactional solution, mandrill, was our previous provider, but we needed the Developer team's assistance in all our campaigns. Salesforce was a more complex platform, but it proved too complex for our Marketing team, and the price was higher. ActiveCampaign didn't have the solutions in place to support 40 different locales with the autonomy that Iterable offers.

I have used Maropost for quite some time but I found Moosend a powerful application for marketing projects. We just make the project and invite our team; the remaining work is handled by this application. It never let us down in making strong plans for promotions and providing the communication among the customers and company. Nothing can beat this application in making work flow, and we admit its strategies to make the company marketing strong and in the pipeline are also in consideration to put forward for implementation.

We've definitely tested scalability, and it's no line - it works. The process is pretty easy. Most of the times it goes off without a hitch. Any time we do encounter issues, our support team is quick to get on the job and very communicative as they work us through a successful launch.

• Great ROI, for the cost we're getting amazing value out of the product. We couldn't do much of our marketing without it.
• This is one of our best tools to drive customer retention. It's hard enough to get a customer to your product in the first place but Iterable helps us get those customer to keep coming back time and time again.
• Testing functionality, we've ramped up our testing with our own ML tools to pair with Iterables AI tools to power up our customer engagement strategy.

• Moosend is quite affordable (500,000 emails for $500), so it's easy to see an ROI. It only takes a few recipients converting to make a campaign worth the spend.
