Robust Omnichannel platform with advanced personalization.
Overall Satisfaction with Iterable
Iterable is our omnichannel automation platform that serves various team needs across strategic segments. It addresses the need to orchestrate multiple channels without conflicts and personalise these messages. This delivers optimal UX for our clients and allows us to maintain high messaging quality without burning channels or rendering them ineffective.
Pros
- Personalization of the messages sent via Iterable.
- Multi language management.
- Improving workflow for teams operating with Iterable reducing resources spent.
- Reduces the need of developer resources.
- orchestrating omni channel marketing.
Cons
- In-app channel, although it works, has some shortcomings in UI functionality or system backend logic, which suggests it is built on an email send-out architecture.
- Drag and drop editor has its own limitations - it isn't perfect. You can't create some basic designs.
- Time to market has decreased by multiple days, and resources spent to launch initiatives have decreased compared to various alternatives.
- Multiple initiatives that deliver positive ROI have been launched, which couldn't be done on the previous sendout platform, thanks to Handlebar templating language, the data catalog function, and iterable CS resources.
Iterable has built-in testing functions that allow for quick checkups of personalisations you build in it. The templating language can be learned by non-developers, reducing reliance on expensive developer resources and speeding up the launch of complex campaigns. When the setup is completed, you don't need, in most cases, developers anymore, and marketing can launch initiatives on their own
You can feed highly detailed data to an iterable and perform complex calculations using Handlebars in the templates that hold the content. This can be copied across all channels, scaling the personalisation logic. The ability to do everything in one place also reduces conflicting messages and improves UX for customers who receive them. What's more, Iterable is a bit more picky about data quality, so you are forced from the get-go to do things correctly. This is actually a huge plus.
Iterable had the most robust personalisation features (handlebars, data catalog, snippets, robust segmentation) and multi-language support. Additionally, security features were higher than those of other alternatives. Close follow-up was Braze, and other platforms were compared against Salesforce and Oracle, but the ease of use was clearly on Iterable's end.
