Rippling has a complex user interface and someone needs to guide me to get acquainted with the usage of the portal daily unlike Keka HR it's really clear for what purpose we need to use the portal to make maximum use of it. It has more market range but Keka HR stole my heart by simplifying my work.

However, Gusto provides a much more robust system with which you can manage employees salaries, healthcare benefits, and additional benefits. Gusto also provides ample data with which to evaluate costs, understand employees, and forecast future costs, which Wagepoint does not support.
