KeySurvey vs. Workday Professional Services Automation

It's a convenient tool for questionnaires, surveys, and other reasons when you need to get people's feedback. We really enjoyed using this instrument, even though it can be a bit overwhelming at times. Also, it might take some time to create a survey if you have complicated business logic implemented, but that would take some time using any kind of instruments.

If you are a company with very little administrative or IT staff that can be dedicated to run, train, and launch - this is the perfect tool for you because it requires very little on the set up end and training. It looks like a social network so a platform many are already used to seeing. Its definitely a very powerful product with an easy interface, providing a stellar customer experience

• Ease of use for distributing email to large quantities of recepients.
• Exporting data for data evaluation and manipulation.
• Customizing the types of questions and response scoring.

• Very fast authentication
• Page uploads are reliably compete with pre filled and carried forward data elements.
• Easy to employees to navigate from one app to the other so they can be efficient in achieving success an ls completing imp tasks.
• Screen organization and menu choices flow intuitively and the processing behind the scenes follows the logic users expect.

• Based on our usage we didn't face issues using KeySurvey

• Would like to be able to use it for clocking in and out
• The dashboard user interface could be improved to include more pertinent information
• Would be nice to hide features that we use other applications for (i.e. org chart, pay, expenses)

This decision is out of my hands.

As noted, good tools that allow faster development. Dev teams find it is easy to test things out and demo for business users

We have had several moments when we needed the support (mostly it was when we were working on creating business logic for the survey and sometimes things didn't work as we expected them to). The KeySurvey support team was very friendly and helpful via chat and in case they couldn't solve the issue right at that moment, they always came back to us with a solution to our issue

With workday support options, I would like to see a more immediately responsive response option. Possibly a chat or a responsive email response team would be helpful.

In terms of a business logic implementation, I think KeySurvey had the most extensive features. Granted, I haven't used a paid version of SurveyMonkey, but for our purposes, the customization KeySurvey offered us (implementing our corporate colors, fonts, and logos) was one of the best features and it looked professional. Also, the name "KeySurvey" kind of sounds better and more business-like for clients from enterprise companies.

I was not on the selection team for Workday Profession Services Automation; it was the HR system used by our parent company. However, I have had several opportunities to work with Workday in other HR roles, and have also worked extensively with Oracle products. Workday Professional Services Automation seems more dynamic than the Oracle Suite I've utilized in the past.

• Gathering client insights that they felt comforable writing about online after the service was delivered and they had time to evaluate it.
• Improved customer service based on clients feedback
• The emails delivery report complimented our emails reports from other tools, so we used it for email db management!

• While I don't use the program at a high-level I can see the time-saving effectiveness for administrators.
• By giving a self-serve interface I feel in control of my pay/benefit management.
• Less time spent on HR administration frees up bandwidth for helping colleagues.
