Marketing expenditure shouldn't go into a black hole. That's why analytics is really important to measure which campaigns are working effectively and which ones are to be retired. And when all of this is possible with LiveRamp data privacy protocols, it's amazing. I totally recommend LiveRamp to people who are at the heart of multimillion-dollar brands and have to A/B test campaigns and market segments.

- Data integration and priority DMP are still lagging with the competition but a lot of efforts have been done in this field to bridge that gap.
- The documentation of their API isn't always updated correctly so some functions are either obsolete or changed completely.

At this point, I know there are better options out there for OUR use case. This is not true of everyone, so I don't want to give them a zero because I don't like their tool or value proposition. They are a great tool, for what they do, and have a great group of people running things and providing support.

We had a cursory experience with Nielsen Marketing Cloud but LiveRamp works much better. Lately, with an improved look and feel, the form and function now both combine to bring an exceptional experience to the users as well. So if anyone is looking for a data management and consumer insights platform, LiveRamp is an optimal choice.

In our case, we prefer MediaMath because of its online support and its history, since we have been using it for several years and we have seen how it has improved over time. It does not mean that there are no other options, but if something works for you, why complicate yourself.
