We helped implement LiveRamp for our clients from FMCG industry to measure the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns. It was surreal to see how insightful data is accessible via LiveRamp. The data enabled us to zero in on the best market segment which we knew we had to target. All of this was done while state-of-the-art level privacy protocols helped us protect our customers' data.

Marketing expenditure shouldn't go into a black hole. That's why analytics is really important to measure which campaigns are working effectively and which ones are to be retired. And when all of this is possible with LiveRamp data privacy protocols, it's amazing. I totally recommend LiveRamp to people who are at the heart of multimillion-dollar brands and have to A/B test campaigns and market segments.

We use liveRamp to store and cleanse and automate the movement of data across all of our sources of information.
  • The interface makes sense and is usable.
  • Automated cleansing.
  • Can assist in revenue generation for website.
  • Great customer support.
  • Privacy information could be included better.
It is well suited if you are trying to track data and information across multiple platforms.

LiveRamp allows us to load data from a ton of different marketing and internal sources into one unified data lake for further analysis, my particular use deals with making sure all of our user interaction data can live in one location

LiveRamp is super well suited to scenarios where you need to collect data from a variety of different sources and work with it in a unified manner. It's less well suited to scenarios where you need to do complex analysis, or ETL transformations on the data.

LiveRamp is being used in our Client Services department to support our clients. We primarily use LiveRamp to onboard offline or CRM data for activation in programmatic ad campaigns. We can segment the data we onboard into unique customer segments for audience targeting. We also build look-alike models off these audiences. Lastly, we leverage LiveRamp's data store to identify third-party data segments that can improve audience targeting and scalability for our programmatic campaigns.

For marketers or advertising agencies who are trying to find better ways to activate first party data to improve advertising performance, LiveRamp is the industry leading data onboarding platform. Once data is onboarded, it can be segmented in granular ways to create unique audience segments using boolean logic. LiveRamp is also well suited for identity resolution. LiveRamp will be a key player in the post-cookie world for advertisers and agencies. LiveRamp is an enterprise product for brands and agencies who invest heavily in paid media - if you aren't investing heavily in paid media and aren't investing in ad tech, LiveRamp probably isn't a good fit.
