Lobbytrack vs. Roomzilla

I think that Lobbytrack would be suited for most organizations that are trying to modernize their visitor management workflow. You would need someone with a technical background to make the most of the Lobbytrack feature-set, but you can get the core functionality of the system up and running fairly quickly. The product might be less desirable for an organization where compliance and security is a critical priority, as features like their SSO integration still needs to mature.

great for recurring meetings on a weekly basis when we don't have to schedule it every week - automatic feature is great. ALso like how it describves the different features each room has with photo. Filters for choosing words is great too as we can see what tech is available in each room

• Sign in visitors with Name Phone number their identity.
• It notifies the host.
• It can also pre register the visitor and also to immediate registration.
• Control access and photo identity.

• Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
• Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
• Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
• Can integrate with Google Calendar.

• Scheduled reports (instead of run on demand).
• Published API and/or an automated way of loading data to the database (it's not difficult but could be automated).
• Updating layout of printed labels is not very intuitive (but we only have to do it rarely).

• I don't like that you can't reserve a room with only one participant. Sometimes we require the room to make a remote call/meeting and it's only one participant, so that should be taken into account.

Very easy to use, I have it pinned on my Chrome bar, it remembers you, so you can just log straight in, book and all is done! It is perfect. The text is perfect, the colours are great, it is easy to read, flows nicely and you can book instantly

Lobby track has proved to be cost-efficient and at the same time, this is also multi-tasking where each and every step and user interface is very easy to use. Even the visitors can self-register themselves and need not wait for the other person to do an entry. Plus the biggest advantage that we have observed is the final report which helps us to create a database.

It's easier to preview the room availability and co-coordinate between users from different organizations. It synchronises with tablets in each room allowing to confirm, schedule or cancel the meeting directly from the meeting room. Also allows to add multiple users and manage them from organisation level of different companies. Totally recommend.

• Did not use it for my business, but rather as a user. Worked great, will implement in my business when we need guest management software.

• It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.
• I use it to schedule about 15 personal meetings/week.
