If you live on LinkedIn like my marketing and sales teams do, it is invaluable for a growing business. Without it we would not have a decent percentage of our current customer base. However, I feel it is better suited for B2B businesses as searching for a work email and utilizing that information is much better in a business professional contact. If you work in P2P it may seem a little uncouth to suddenly receive emails from someone you have never spoken to before or know that you haven't divulged that information to. Lusha should be used to grow an existing relationship.

  • Really fast and really easy to use. It works simply through my Chrome browser and is really easy to set up and start using.
  • I can often find multiple contact points. Sometimes even multiple phone numbers for a specific person.
  • Integrates well with my CRM.
  • It also integrates and works great with Linkedin.

  • The cost is too much, but since the tool gives accurate information it can be ignored.
  • Support should be a bit faster. They take a day to reply back.
  • There should be a button where we can give feedback if the data is inaccurate.

Alternatives Considered

Lusha

LinkedIn Sales Navigator and DiscoverOrg are both in the sales/marketing intelligence market, but they all have their own niche. DiscoverOrg is excellent for list building, Sales Navigator is great for social connections, and Lusha is excellent for hard to find contact information. In our case, we use all three platforms, so Lusha was not selected over another vendor.

  • It has helped me get information on key contacts that I otherwise wouldn't be able to find
  • It has a free tier which is easy to use and often enough for the few troublesome contacts you need to find
  • It saves me a lot of time since I'm already in LinkedIn
