Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

It was fairly easy to set things up completely. At first I was facing some issues with it, but a quick couple of youtube videos and it was set up completely by myself. It is not a very technical and hard tool to set up and is fairly asy to set up and use.
We use Lusha everyday to find new leads and it has been our only and reliable tool for lead generation. We use the basic plan on the yearly subscription and it has never failed to find out the right numbers and emails of people we want to reach out to. The filters are also perfect. We decided to purchase Lusha after evaluating multiple other providers and decided that this is the most effective and cost efficient tool.

Cost is one of the major factors along with similar functions is why we chose Lusha over the other. Despite being a similar tool, the price factor is what made us choose Lusha over all the other tools that we evaluated. Despite not having sales reps contact us, we were able to decide on Lusha based on the price factor and functionality alone as they gave us a demo version.

It is our only goto tool for lead generation. Simply filter prospects using their filters, get their linkedin and add them. Get their data and email them and quickly make a call. Lusha is as simple and effective as it can get. Less appropriate if you would like to use it as a CRM.

Evaluating Lusha and Competitors

Yes - ZoomInfo. Because for the same functionality and better results at almost 100 times cheaper price we found Lusha and we switched immediately. Zoominfo was quite a bad experience for us from their support and sales teams and on those grounds Lusha was a lifesaver for a great price.
  • Ease of Use
The single most important factor was ease of use. Lusha’s simple interface and Chrome extension made it quick for our team to find and export contacts without any training or delays. This helped us scale our outreach immediately and saving time and boosting productivity from day one itself. Had we known if earlier we would have purchased it earlier.
I would not change anything that I did earlier. The process for selecting a tool would almost always be the same from selecting multiple tools and evaluating them, signing up for a trial version and see how well the support and onboarding of the tools are and we would select the one that fits well with our needs and budget.

No. the premium support was available for only plans higher than what we purchased and the plan we purchased was sufficient enough for our usage and the basic support was enough for us.
We were struggling a bit in the initial stages to set up Lusha itself and we contacted support for the same. They provided clear guidance and also sent us videos on how to set things up ourselves and it was pretty useful for us. That was the time it was fruitful for us.

Using Lusha

Simple, clean efficient. No lags and gets us the exact data that we need. No unnecessary terminologies, and it works like a charm every time. From prospecting to lead generation, and intent searching, Lusha is our go to tool and it has stayed ever since we started using it. i would highly recommend.
