Overall Satisfaction with Lusha Extension

It is actually pretty easy. If you already worked with Google Chrome's extensions, you're not going to have any problem. It's actually plug & play – you just need to setup your account, install the extension and start prospecting. Lusha gives you an assistant on the browser that easily allows you to crawl information of any LinkedIn profile you're visiting.
Finding contact information for prospects is always a hard job, but Lusha made it easy. I tested a lot of tools with this promise – around 6 different tools – but most of them always give wrong or inexistent e-mails adresses. Lusha was the one with the best ratio of true information found – not perfect, sometimes giving wrong info, but the best ratio for sure. We use Lusha for our SDR/BDR team to generate lists of qualified leads and we enrich these lists with data from searches on the internet and Lusha help us enrich with contact information.

The best impact Lusha had on my sales team was on the quality of information it has provided. Other solutions always send fake/inexistent data for emails, and most of them doesn't even provide a phone number. Lusha provides the best data, so it's actually cheaper (because in other platforms you pay for incorrect information in the end of the day). It also allows your salesteam to work on deals that actually exists, instead of wasting time calling and emailing leads that doesn't even exists. This seems pretty basic but most of tools in the market actually delivers a poor quality of information, which causes a lot of headaches and creates a culture in the salesteam that "these scrapped data never work".
I used a lot of tools, but Lusha is the most accurate and precise data. Other may have a better user experience inside the platform, but it doesn't really matter if the data generated doesn't convert into sales. Lusha also provides phone numbers, which is fantastic, and most of the tools delivers only emails adresses.

Lusha is well suited for sales teams that have a clear target of companies to reach. It needs to work with LinkedIn, so if you have a Premium Sales Navigator LinkedIn license your results will be much better. It still works for teams without Sales Navigator licenses, but I highly recommend to buy the license.
