Overall Satisfaction with Lusha

the onboarding of Lusha has been a seamless activity for us. we get prompt help from our RM Shani Segev.
Lusha has been extremly helpful to reach out to our prospects. It helps us focus our marketing efforts and save time and energies by weeding out not relevant prospects. I would highly recommend sales/marketing teams in organizations to extensively use Lusha to maximize their efforts. The intent BI provided by Lusha is also very helpful in building an effective sales pipeline.
  • To prospect for right party contacts based on geography, job title, industry & employee size
  • To find accurate phone numbers for the prospects - mobile and work phone numbers
  • To find accurate email addresses
  • the bulk search option for company to be increased to 10k from 1k
  • the option to export company details is limited to 25 at a time. this should be higher
  • I have observed that the emails provided by Lusha are non-deliverable. these should be an option to get the credit back for "bad data"

indeed, Lusha has been successful in providing high quality data across various geos. presence in JP & KR along with APAC region needs to be enhanced.

I believe with our enterprise plan we have been provided with premium support. am not sure what is premium support though.
Yes - once the company bulk search option wasn't working so I reported the same.
there was a situation wherein i wanted technology used BI except payoneer and Lusha's prspecting option was extremly helpful.
