MaestroQA vs. Reputation.com

Maestro is very useful if you're trying to integrate your Quality Assurance process as grabbing a few flags from a big set of resolved flags, and directly back to your customer service or trust and safety reps, it's less useful if you're trying to assess a big number of flags, as the process of reviewing them is a little bit slow as you need to check some boxes and provide a comment

I think Reputation.com is best suited for enterprise applications where you want big-picture results plus the ability to drill-down to specific locations. It is a good solution where you want to consolidate vendors as they have multiple components. Of course, certain components are more of a core competency for them than others. But in general, it's a strong solution.

It's easy to use, easy to access, and everything, but some action buttons don't have too much contrast and it's hard to find them between a bigger set of possible actions in the screen, for example the edit score button seems hidden in the screen, it should be more visible.

NICE CXone has a great QMS - Quality Management System, but it comes at a much higher cost than MaestroQA

Reputation.com has a better price point. Reputation has other tools that made us choose them over Binary Fountain. There is another company, although the name escapes me, that has similar services to Reputation, but they put a large focus on Yelp and Apple Maps, as opposed to Reputation who puts an emphasis on Google and Google maps.
