Mailshake vs. worxogo Nudge Coach

Mailshake is great for cold prospecting and drip email campaigns. I do not think Mailshake is well-suited for hyper-personalized one-to-one emailing.

The worxogo Nudge Coach (the way we have looked at it) seems suitable for almost all sales and service related scenarios across industries. However we feel there could be integrations or applicability which may need to be tweaked or created to adapt to new / old enterprise software. We believe it may have challenges to monitor and nudge folks in highly mobile situations (delivery folks, drivers, etc.)

• It has an email editor which is easy to use.
• Email sequences are comprehensive in their functionality--all the options you would expect from a cold emailing solution
• Campaign and List management are also good

• Individual personalised KPI report
• Continuously tracks KPI performance, including variance, trends, upward/ downward movements
• Targeted, data driven intervention for team leaders - fact based, transparent, and eliminates biases, perceptions, leading to a healthy work environment

• Mailshake works only with Gmail/G Suite accounts.
• The only option for customizing emails is in the CSV file. It would be great if there were a feature in the tool for this.
• Missing starts about the total number of opens of an email (it is only tracked once).

• Nudges in different languages will make Worxogo Sales Nudge Coach more versatile
• The UI can still be improved even though it has improved significantly over the last one year
• Offline version where internet connectivity is suspect or poor like in rural India could help

Positive experience overall with no downside, especially for a larger organization, even a 1% increase is a huge contribution to the bottomline.

I found it pretty good - we were able to put email templates and campaigns together almost immediately. The reason I gave it an 8 is because if you want to edit those templates, the saving and making sure they were part of the campaigns was a little tricky and not intuitive.

There is literally no expertise required to start using and reaping the benefits

Mailshake support is outstanding, and they provide an excellent knowledge base for its users. If you have any issues, they respond ASAP without delay.

Great team of consultants and professionals, especially with presence in US and Canada for seamless support

Smooth integration with no data entry and no major changes to the existing system

For more advanced email campaigns, I use ActiveCampaign and the email sending provider because it gives more control and options related to the drip rules. Besides that, for simple campaigns that need to be followed up in a great, quick, and simple way, Mailshake is perfect from my point of view.

There are task productivity measurement tools available in the market but they don't use behavior modeling to identify areas of improvement.
