SurveyLab vs. Zoho Forms

MySurveyLab is best to use to measure satisfaction, both employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction.

Even if you cannot afford to pay for a Form builder, along with your CRM, i would strongly recommend Zoho Forms as it has the best mobile app as compared to other tools. The form submission notifications in the form of app notification, email or SMS is a very strong feature of Zoho Forms as well as other features like integration with other apps and form approval feature. However if you have 3 users for the free version of Zoho, only one of them will be able to use Zoho Forms which turns out to be a negative point of this app.

• They have a very good analytics module with trends, dashboards and data segments. This can give you another view of your data.
• Collectors add flexibility to surveys. You can collect surveys from a few different source at once
• They have a mobile application that can collect responses offline(!)

• Zoho Forms is easy to use and very affordable
• Zoho is highly customizable
• Sharing data online is easy thanks to the online forms
• The survey templates make the tool easy to understand creating quick surveys is easy.

The user interface and user experience is outstanding, seems like a lot of hard work has been put into it by the design, development and product teams. The fonts used are optimal, the icons and menu bars are well placed, the colors are very friendly to the eye and the standard white background is beautifully adjusted to the user expectations. The sliders are well designed and you can easily find whatever menu/option/feature you are looking for without much hassle.

I chose this software because it is very well integrated with other Zoho products which I am using. Apart from this it has mobile applications also which allows me to use this software from my mobile devices when I am traveling for work. Its mail merge feature is also one of the important reason to choose this software.
