From the beginning, Nimble has been the program that works best. It allows us to keep in touch with our business customers, which is very important for the growth of our business. I suggest you try it. It is highly recommended to use for general contact management and cover social media marketing. It also offers free video tutorials to facilitate learning.

Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing is perfect for organizations both big and small that may be on a lower budget. It is a very affordable solution for users with a large number of email addresses. While other providers may offer "free" storage for email contacts... the cost to send campaigns to those contacts can be very costly. While they do not offer widgets or other integrations for websites/social media... it is very easy to import and manage contacts. Additionally, they offer a comprehensive self-help support section online, but it's also easy to hop on the phone or on chat with a rep if you ever need technical support or assistance. Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing may not be the most affordable solution for users who are not currently sending email campaigns to their users, but are simply storing email contacts

  • Nimble's UI is user-friendly and integrates practical tools and functions to provide better interaction with our customers.

  • Drag and drop email designer for transactional emails - super nice even though I do code, it's much quicker and easier to implement without code.
  • Very simple implementation. Only a few lines of code need to be added in our backend and boom we were up and running in less than a day.
  • Listening to customer feedback. They regularly send emails about new features and ask for feedback to improve their software.
  • Some of the cheapest and best dedicated IPs.
  • Easy integration and setup between marketing and transactional emails. Super helpful to have everything in one place.

  • Working in conjunction with some services offered by Microsoft can become one of the most notorious weaknesses of the platform: Due to constant integration difficulties, it is difficult to send emails from the Microsoft Outlook 13 platform, and depending on the version of Microsoft office 365 you have, it is problematic to import documents.
  • Because we cannot integrate the nimble platform with Microsoft office 365 services, we cannot save essential customer data if we have it only within one of the programs in the suite, as in the case of Microsoft Excel, from which we cannot share our spreadsheets in nimble.
  • The $15 per month is only for one of the employees we attach to work in the sales area of the platform, which in the long run ends up being a huge amount considering the number of employees that are on our payroll just for that area.

  • Actually viewing previous emails dispatched. SendGrid does not have this feature - although it provides numbers on emails dispatched within 3 days for the cheapest plan.
  • The service asks you to pay more (although a minimal amount) to have visibility on email activity upto 30 days in the past.
  • The API doesn't allow an export of a report of email activity over a period of time. It can be quite frustrating at times to be limited in this way.
  • Their customer support isn't the best. Certainly some room for improvement there.

It's truly a great system if you get it for the right reasons. Don't expect it to do everything a mid market organization would require but for any small business or mid to large organizations which would like to integrate to it for the social insights capabilities this is a leading solution which can add value immediately

The platform has more advantages and positives as compared to challenges or negatives in comparison to other comparable products and platforms available in the marketplace. It was extremely easy to get started with the initial deployment which makes the choice much clearer. Finally its tight integration not just with Microsoft O365 suite, but also with [the] most popular social media platforms available makes it a very favorable platform in its domain.

However, if you are into data and your way of thinking is more mathematical rather than lyrical, you'll enjoy this instrument

We have had several tickets opened up automatically on our behalf. Nimble give you a tier 3 engineer from the get-go, so they usually resolve pretty fast. This is appreciated, because when stuff is down, the last thing you want is to have to start from step 1 again in troubleshooting.

Twilio SendGrid Email API is everything we want it to be, and we have no reason to look for any other solution. Features and pricing match exactly what we need. As developers for SaaS products, Twilio SendGrid Email API provides a great service. I hope that they stay this way and don't inflate the service with too many marketing oriented features, because there are other tools for that and Twilio SendGrid Email API is a API for sending email first and foremost.

Nimble has proven to be a positive and well-respected application within our company for setting us up for success at building personal and meaningful associations with decision makers. It has been a significant reason why we have gained acceptance and trust from those who we have introduced ourselves to over time. The ability to feel a true understanding of our prospects and customers as real human beings with unique interests and common aspirations opens up doors of valuable conversation.The other options that were reviewed and considered provided many of the common ways from the past that stored CRM information. This method was much more of a static representation of the real interactions made between a company or salesperson with the prospects and customers. Nimble has brought back what should never have been lost - being like neighbors who spoke to each other about more things than just business.

With ExpressPigeon, SendGrid stacks up very well and actually provides just as much functionality for us as ExpressPigeon, but costs surrounding that use was advantageous with ExpressPigeon. SendGrid has recently added functionality that brings it closer to Act-On, specifically on the marketing automation end. This really allows users to create long-term campaigns.

  • Time-Saving is one of the biggest ROIs for me. 30-60 minutes a day means I can focus on more marketing, sales, or client work.
  • A soft ROI is in better contact relationships. People are often impressed that I follow-up after meetings, and especially when they say to contact them in 6 months or next year.
