Opensend vs. Sitecore Send

Opensend is a very trusted data partner that identifies anonymous visitors to your site so that you can re-engage them. We were unaware just how much untapped revenue was just sitting on our site with our current site's traffic and it was extremely eye opening for us. Since installation we have added over 69k emails to our list and generated over $200k in revenue, all with this simple set-it-and-forget-it tool.

UI presented by this application is not only unique but also important to implement for further creation. Hence a proven and tested application for tracing the developments at all places to check the capability of the developmental process. It’s a powerful email marketing tool and helps to maintain the client’s relationship with full support.

• Implementation was incredibly easy, and their team did most of the work for us.
• Team is very communicative and always willing to jump on a call to help with questions.
• The team is also very knowledgeable and listens to my concerns while offering great suggestions.
• The team is not overly pushy to add additional features.

• Moosend is the best application to trace the business development and to create ideas through email marketing
• This tool is helpful in the atomization of developments on a certain level

• Their algorithm for profile engagement could be improved. Sometimes the overall engagement of profiles sent from Opensend is rather low (to be expected). They've been great about resolving that problem, so it's really a non-issue.

• If you have more than 1000 subscribers you will be required to upgrade to the Pro plan.
• Free plan users have limited customer support.

Super easy to use and implement, great customer support, the quality of the emails that Opensend provides is much higher than that of their competitors, which helps with deliverability and revenue. IT also makes sure that we aren't sending emails to unengaged users. I've tried all of the platforms of this kind, and Opensend is the best one!

Pretty straight forward but it takes sometime to get used to. Not exactly like WordPress or other open source cms but it gets the job done

I've selected Opensend between others because they're unique in their own dashboard and also the ways of identifying potential leads. It helps us clarify how big of an audience we have and also the content we're consistently posting/promoting. It's really good overall

Moosend is known as more of an industry standard than BuzzStream (which is a more budget tool), and it shows. BuzzStream has clearly cut corners in areas of usability and general UI, where Moosend, on the other hand, seems to have done it right from the beginning. Moosend is so much less clunky than the other tools we evaluated.

• Enables Us To Manage Down Paid Spend With Larger Owned Audiences
• Easy Setup Negates The Need To Involve Dev and IT Teams, Saving Valuable Internal Resource Time

• Moosend is quite affordable (500,000 emails for $500), so it's easy to see an ROI. It only takes a few recipients converting to make a campaign worth the spend.
