The basis of this offering is the Market2Lead product that Oracle acquired in 2010. It has now been fully integrated with Oracle's On Demand CRM product and is a full-featured marketing automation product with features from lead management and nurturing, to measuring marketing ROI.

RingCX, based on the former Dimelo, is an AI customer interaction tool built to power digital customer engagement.
I think it is well suited for organizations which are large with a lot of users so as to be able to minimize the cost of operations. Also, the organization which interacts mostly with customers can use Oracle CRM on demand.
RingCX solved a lot of problems we had as an organization. Being able to have easy tracking, easily managing call queues, setting up call rotations, and more is really awesome. The app is also very user friendly and we all appreciate how great the integration with Salesforce. If I had to make any complaint, or note where they could improve is turning off the call queue via a better calendar integration (Eg: if I am in a meeting automatically turning off call queues). We mainly use RingCX for troubleshooting/support calls and it's so easy to log and track (for accountability) in Salesforce.
Several of our members were not familiar with various IT functions within CRM prior to working with it and so they were able to develop a working knowledge of IT pretty quickly afterwards.
It has a familiar feel to it as it allows users to work the data into a spreadsheet type layout with pivot tables and graphs and so it is quick to adopt.
Customization is great with a working knowledge of HTML, which isn't too hard to learn. You can really adapt CRM to any needs stylistically or content wise.
Reporting. The analytics and reporting is very detailed and customizable.
Call Queues. We have the option of having all phones ring at once, in a certain order or the person who has been idle the longest. This helps spread the work amongst the departments.
The ability to schedule and push out reports is missing from this system. If we want to mass deliver a report on a schedule, we must run it, export it and email it out to the group, or purchase a 3rd party system.
The ability to trigger workflow events on a schedule is missing this system. Currently, there has to be a trigger initiated by a user and we have situations where we'd like to be able to schedule a work flow routine to go out and check from specific situations and then trigger an action. We'd also like to be able to trigger workflow actions on one object based on something in another object and this capability is very limited.
We've had a really solid experience with RingCX so far, which is why I'd rate our likelihood to renew fairly high. Overall, it has been a very good product for our team with no major complaints. The biggest standout for us is the ease of use, the simple, web-based access makes it incredibly easy for our staff to just log in and get straight to work. It reliably handles our day-to-day needs without any steep learning curves.
Compared to other competitors I find it very easy to use and learn .It has been helpful in our organisation and we have been able to manage our projects and operations well without interference.
Very intuitive and user friendly. All you need is a quick tutorial and you can make your way around the tool. Even the more in depth functionality is easy to learn and in easy to use.
I rated them an 8 because their support team is highly responsive and reliable. Whenever we need to reach out with a problem, they are quick to respond and do an excellent job of keeping the ticket updated. I really appreciate that they make sure to keep us posted throughout the entire troubleshooting process, so we are never left in the dark wondering what is going on. Most importantly, they consistently resolve our issues in a timely manner, which is crucial for minimizing downtime and keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
MS Dynamics was easy to integrate to MS Power BI. This BI and reporting aspect is a clear strong point for Microsoft. MS solutions seem easier to integrate and learn, but this depends on the IT landscape and the complexity of integrations in a respective company.
There are far more features in the RingCX platform than in our exploration of the other platforms. Additionally we utlized another service that had stability issues along with higher costs for overall local phone services that we were able to consolidate when we made the switch to RingCX along with 3rd party services to handle various Omnichannels that were all avaiable in the RingCX platform.
This software can display in real-time when an order is submitted, received, fulfilled, and shipped out. We are able to know within the week of what new orders came in and how effective we are being from targeting specific regions of the nation.
