Perdoo vs. Vantage Circle

Perdoo would be a great tool for companies that have been through a couple of OKR cycles and have developed a somewhat mature process. It then becomes a very helpful platform to streamline all steps, from design, review, up to post-mortem. It's also a great tool for companies who want to focus on the OKR process, but are not too interested in mixing it up with other frameworks, and other features, like performance reviews, etc. For us, this focus on the core of OKR is a big plus, as it drives simplicity and makes adoption easier.

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

• OKR roadmap: I like how clearly this lays out the connections between the different levels of OKRs (team, company, long term etc)
• OKR Webinar: they have a great OKR 101 type webinar that we made all our leaders go through, even those who had worked with OKRs before, to ensure that we were all on the same page. Perdoo is very intentional and thoughtful about the terms they use.
• Initiatives: I really like that Perdoo goes down to the initial level, not just OKR. Initiatives are the projects/tasks that roll up under each KR to actually get to the result.
• slack updates: I like seeing the notifications come through when colleagues update something in Perdoo. fun to see progress!

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• The existing mobile apps are not very usable
• Sometimes new features are added while the old features have technical issues
• Speed of support could be better

• There are 100+ options to choose from. Very wide range of options - catering to a wide spectrum of people from all walks of life, age, taste, and background with diverse options.
• I never ever faced any issue- not even once, at the time of redemption & it was a smooth, seamless, wonderful & pleasant experience for me, always! Also, the redemption process is simple & could be done within a minute!
• This redemption could be used not only for any tangible purchases - also for invaluable experiences like holidays, fine dining, Hotel stays, Donations, Taxi rides, etc.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

I've used Lattice and I liked their OKR UI a lot, it was simple and easy to use but (at least when I used it) lacked some of the functionality that we found in Perdoo. My team got a bit frustrated with Lattice Ally was robust and had a lot of good features, we just ended up going with Perdoo because they were comparable and we loved the OKR webinar.

Vantage Circle is better in terms of being more user-friendly and has a lot of different e-commerce sites to choose from ranging from food, fashion, health to travel and sports. It provides additional cashback if we order products from their platform which is an added advantage. The best thing is that there is no expiry date for the points earned.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
