A great, focused OKR tool for companies with a mature OKR process
Overall Satisfaction with Perdoo
We use Perdoo across our entire organization to manage annual and quarterly OKRs. The OKR framework is our primary framework to manage our goals, and we take it very seriously. As such, Perdoo is our main tool to manage the OKRs and report on progress. Out of our 300+ employees, around 130 are users of the platform.
Pros
- It is well structured to design aligned OKRs
- Reporting of progress is very easy
- The tools to see the big picture are helpful
Cons
- The existing mobile apps are not very usable
- Sometimes new features are added while the old features have technical issues
- Speed of support could be better
- OKR design each quarter
- OKR review every 2 weeks
- Seeing OKR alignment easily
- Perdoo has helped us solidify our OKR process
- It helps ensure our goals are well structured and aligned
- It made the review much easier
Perdoo was much more focused on the core OKR process than Weekdone, and our users vastly preferred it during trial tests. Google Sheets is flexible enough to support almost any workflow, which is its biggest strength, but also its biggest weakness - we wanted a tool that is a bit more rigid in enforcing a particular process.
