Perfect Audience (discontinued) vs. Wunderkind

I would recommend Perfect Audience to anyone who wants to use a 3rd party to scale up. I find the audience builder pretty terrible in Google AdWords so I was looking for something a bit easier to use and this fit the bill easily.

BounceX is well suited if you want to boost list/customer base growth, but a tricky aspect of it for me is that I don't know the benefit smaller companies would get from BounceX to accelerate growth without having an existing customer base.

• Great to up your inbound marketing game
• The bulk uploading feature is great and makes it easy to upload numerous ad campaigns

• Personalization in email - they have a great ability to surface products in email directly tied to what a past customer was browsing on the site
• Great account management and fast turnaround times to address evolving needs we have
• Very robust site experience capabilities to accommodate a lot of different use cases

• Constantly left Googling how to do things because the system is sometimes confusing

• Support is awful
• Management will not work with you to make things right
• Tool is buggy. It went down for 50 hours during our Black Friday sale resulting in substantial amount of lost revenue.

The bulk uploading feature is certainly my preferred feature of Perfect Audience. This tool has made creating new ad campaigns quick and easy. I used to have to upload facebook then Instagram then another social media page and instead I upload everything all at once and it certainly makes it easier for all of us.

The support team could be a little more useful. After our implementation calls and getting everything setup, we did feel that they were not as responsive and I did find myself googling solutions to things that the support team could have helped us with.

Beware if you buy from them you are committed for a year. It is too expensive for the offering and they offer no solutions for you to manage the process/tool at a discounted rate. Will not renew my contract, that’s for sure.

I have used Google Ads which has a difficult interface to use as well as Ad Roll. Perfect Audience beats them both in functionality and usability.

We've used both Emarsys and Klaviyo as our ESP, while using Wunderkind to handle email/SMS acquisition and abandonment emails. Wunderkind has proven to be able to capture more emails and send more behavioral emails with the contact matching technology.

• The convenience of Perfect Audience has made things smoother for us. This convenience means less time spent managing ads and more time focusing on running our business.
• Re-marketing features have been superior to AdWords.

• For the email campaigns we had an original agreement for them to produce a 5X return on ad spend and thus far they have produced a greater than 8X return
