Likelihood to Recommend Qstream is great when used for reinforcement of training conducted. Especially when that training is detailed or complex, Qstream will help to embed key concepts and drive adoption while ensuring reps are interacting.
Read full review Sales job becomes pathetic at some level when it keeps doing recurring jobs but when the fun-loving and interactive session comes into the picture any kind of job becomes easier and more productive again. When cold calling and lead generation work is needed the feature of Zoho Motivator really nail downs it and provides a booster to any kind of business.
Read full review Pros Gamification: gets reps involved in ways that keep it interesting while bringing in elements of competition. Mobile: ease of use and direct access to reps while on the move. The interface is intuitive and able to be interacted with in quick increments rather than lengthy elearning. Licensing: we accessed qstream via Growthplay so only had access to limited features. Would like to see this extended so that we could truly experience all of the qstream benefits. Content Creation: we were not able to create our own questions and streams but had to rely on the external team. Self-creation and self-directed streams would have been preferable. Needs the ability to add alert notifications via email. More permission-based restrictions on what data specific users can see would be nice. However we are looking for a platform that supports content creation, ILT training as well as gamification. Qstream would meet only one of those criteria. We may still use them again if we are unable to find a compete platform in future

Read full review Support Rating The support surrounding Zoho Motivator is phenomenal! You certainly get what you pay for. The support is always readily available and their team is extremely knowledgable. I have never had any issues with the software and not gotten the concern resolved by their team. Zoho overall is a great team with great backing.

Agile CRM , neither of which, at the time, had any tool that was similar enough to Motivator. Both systems had a Deals tracker, however, it was not very 'sales' oriented and had unimpressive filtering options. Motivator is an add-on to Zoho CRM, so the biggest up-sell is that it is integrated with our main CRM, and secondly, the Motivator module has numerous filters/views that can be tailored to our business as we grow.

We’ve been able to create scale to drive adoption. Without technologies like Qstream, we would never be able to meet our enablement and growth targets. More reps talking a consistent message means our customer experience has improved at the sales front. This allows us to differentiate versus the competition and ensures we win more often.
