Zocdoc headquartered in New York offers their medical appointment management and scheduling platform built to fill unused capacity by making it easy for nearby potential patients to book appointments on an availability basis. Additionally, Zocdoc helps practitioners gain feedback from appointments and share it online.
Salesforce Health Cloud is great if your organization has the expertise to integrate with your EMR system. All the functionality of service cloud plus healthcare related synergies to help with easy to use appointment reminders and further health suggestions are a huge plus.
If was a zero on the scale I would choose. if Zocdoc charged a flat fee monthly for a referrals that would make more sense. Otherwise they are the only ones benefiting from the service. They are a total scam! do not utilize them as a referral source unless you want to lose money! Zocdoc is completely OK with tacking on innocuous and inaccurate charges. Further, they refuse to work with you on paying it. as it stands, I will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. Zocdoc has been accused of violating the anti kickback law put into place to stop such predator practice. Given that soft dock is a corporation and they have hired a team of lawyers to speak legally used to squeeze their way out of taking responsibility. They know what they're doing is wrong. They just don't care
They can have standard pages or components which can directly be used to book or record the appointment with the practitioner.
[I believe] there is nothing more that [Salesforce] Health Cloud can improve as already everything comes under automation, from [booking] to service issues, everything is automated.

there is no way to limit incoming patients to your home state, so people from out of state book and then have to be notified and unbooked, creating extra work and hassle
It is a wonderful platform with some limitations in it's ability to easily connect with Epic. If your system has the experience and ability to build the connector, you will have great success and a robust platform to do all you need.
if there was a rating of zero this is what I would give him. Perhaps -10? as I mentioned they are great at getting your referrals, just the wrong ones. There is no extremely process for getting the right client to the right provider. Their calendar sink does not work so they will book over the top of you frequently. They refused to work with you on a reasonable payment plan
When it comes to Health Cloud in other CRM we have to create the related object and fields and we have to set [up] a complete architecture for the healthcare business to run over the CRM. But here Salesforce is proving a managed package, which is Health Cloud, has the framework already built we just [have to] use the standard functionality and get our task with automation done. This has definitely reduced the effort of developers as well as the agents who are working on the Health Cloud. [Even] a person with very little coding skill can use this CRM and get [their] task cases, etc. automated and [the] perfect solution can be built with low efforts.
I can't select it, but I do use psychology today. They charge a flat fee and allow you to list your profile and information on their website. I have gained many referrals from them for 1/8 of the price
