I think as more companies use this option the opportunities are in less. It’s a great platform to use where I’ve been at for audits and it provides reliable reporting
I have to pull several reports to get the criteria for simple analysis detail. In my experience, many competitors have a more straightforward, seamless, and less complex reporting system.
Easy access, but I think the complex reporting and limited data for many standard reports, without having to customize and create many different versions. (as much data in the filters does not often populate), can be frustrating.
