Simplify360 vs. Wingify Customer Engagement Suite (formerly PushCrew)

To talk directly to the Simplify 360 management and take a call post that. One of the key aspects of investing in any enterprise software is how easy the implementation is and how much support that a company can get in the early implementation process. We have had a quick ramp up learning the tool and had constant interactions with the team at Simplify to better understand and manage issues or get questions answered

If you have a large or small blog following/audience, this is an excellent tool to help keep readers engaged and on top of your new content releases. You can also utilize this product for automated DRIP campaigns that will, following a schedule you create, notify users at preset intervals to help nurture your leads or existing customers as part of your sales funnel. Even new bloggers with smaller audiences can utilize a tool like this to help generate more consistent web traffic to your content. I am averaging a +16% clickthrough rate regularly on my RSS to push notifications after just a few months of use.

• BeFirst publishes to multiple social channels for clients. The publishing module makes publishing very easy and effective.
• Workflow allows our team to handle customer service requests and brand management issues very quickly to maintain a company's reputation.
• The ease of set up in the listening module, makes brand reputation very effective.
• The platform does offer platform provide sentiment analysis, and it works great. The team has found that is very easy to keep up conversations and answer customer for clients or forward the infomation to said client.

• Easy-to-use admin system; even non-technical team members could understand what to do without training.
• Flexibility of configuration and visual previews of what the alert experience would be like made it easy explain options before implementation
• Segment system and API gave us enough control to serve notifications in the right language, which was important for our multi-lingual website

• I will like to see some improvement in the intuitiveness of the system. There are some great features hidden behind the curtains.

• I can tell they are based somewhere on the other side of the world, so when it's middle of the day here in the USA, they aren't always very responsive.
• There have been a couple hiccups with billing issues that mainly stemmed from them not having an internal billing system, but had it outsourced to another company.

We have a great relationship with the Simplify team and anyone in our team is able to reach out to them and get answers to questions is a wonderful benefit of working with them. Also we have collaborated with the team to enhance the product, which again is a very welcome gesture from a company that sells a product that helps enterprises listen in to people and support them.

Their support staff are experts who are beyond helpful! I needed support with a certificate issue, after migrating one of our sites from HTTP to HTTPS, They handled it and helped very effectively, absolutely loved the cooperation. They saved me a lot of time with guiding me over the issues and I didn't needed to search on forums and read technical documentation on my own.

In side by side analysis, Simplify 360 was much easier to set up teams, work flow and the brand monitoring was quite a bit more accurate

• Reduction of weekly and monthly report building time by over 70%
• Lead generation increased by over 30%.
• Online brand negativity neutralized by over 80%.

• More return. In general the people who sign like the notifications and usually return.
• Organic growth. The list of subscribers increase over time, so is a well worth the investment.
• It's a bit expensive, so the ROI at the beginning is not the expected because the cost.
