SmartSuite vs. Mitratech TAP Workflow Automation

It is best suited to be a google alternative for a google drive due to its multiple functions. Can add action items, upload multiple types of files and assign people responsibilities and tasks. It combines resource platform abilities with project management functionality in order to unite all your needs in one area.

From my few months of using the tool, I believe the tool would be best suited for Legal Ops (Contracting) & Procurement. Maybe even in competitive bidding (strategic sourcing: eg RFP & RFX). The tool may be less appropriate for Payment Processing/Collecting.

• SmartSuite is a good collaboration tool
• The capabilities of the platform are immense
• The customization features allow users to set up the report type and view it exactly as they want
• The choice of the fields to be used in the records and reports is really wide

• Creating a user community and sharing knowledge of automation best practices.
• Easy to use form and workflow builder.
• Responsive and knowledgeable technical team.

• A little better home screen, which is already in the works!
• Better experience in the my work panel, which is also in the works already!

• Adding form fields can be quite tedious as it has to be added to every stage/relationship.
• It's difficult to remember where a certain condition/formula sits.
• I wish the workflow itself can be exported for presentation/demo/documentation purposes.
• I wish there was a way for more than one admin to configure the tool at the same time.

The product is usability friendly, easy to use, flexible and has all functions I need for my purposes

For our team, SmartSuite contains all features that we need. Before we use Asana, Trello and tried to use Airtable. But all of these management systems did not satisfy us. Then we started using SmartSuite, got to know all the possibilities and decided to switch to it

Autodesk selected TAP because of its ability to handle more complex workflows. We vetted a lot of "light" automation solutions but wanted a tool that was flexible enough to handle our more extensive use cases.

• We have to spend less time on checking where the project is at
• We can have less PM's in the business
• Our clients are happier thus leading to more business

• Required fields force robust disclosure information up front.
• Workday integration enables pre-population of fields which reduces manual entry and saves compliance time.
• Emails, communications, and disclosure decision memos and stored in a centralized database which helps our team keep compliant records.
• Automated reminders have led to less ‘chasing’ by compliance.
• Improved UX has encouraged and increased disclosures, mitigating our company's risk.
