Tango Card vs. Workhuman

Tango Card is great for bulk purchases - if you need to send a large number of people they have easy templates to have it as simple as possible. The one offs become cumbersome - I have never used the API connections so I am unsure if that makes it better but the one at a time sales take a lot of time compared to the uploads.

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.

• Tango Card allows for excel imports of respondents, which keeps things nice and simple

• Globoforce makes the process of rewarding employees who do a great job easy for managers and leaders internationally
• Globoforce helped me write kind electronic thank-you notes that came through to their inboxes in great, simple formats
• Globoforce was great in showing clear options on what exactly I could use the eGift Card for from doing a great job on certain projects

• The initial setup of the API with all the ACH info was a bit complicated.
• The only speedbump (not big concern) is the branding of a Tango Card - when saying that to recipients, they don't "get it" immediately and some quick-to-judgement folks can say they don't want it.

• In my experience, current prepaid cards for cash and his platform has the worst support and compatibility for Mexico establishments and commerce hance it is limited the use for Mexico.
• I think there are too many steps to submit an award
• In my opinion, we need to refresh and offer more products and services compatible to redeem credit earn on platform

Good platform. Only feedback is sometimes when you have no funds in your account you have to “fill” the bank and that is a minor pain to fill out CC information each time. But overall, it’s a relatively easy system to use for the team

The system is straightforward to use. Only a few steps need to be completed to recognize someone for their hard work or contribution. However, a couple of areas need work: 1) A way to request points for recognition. Currently there is no way to do this 2) A way to easily send a recognition to anyone in the company.

Giving it a 9 only because I haven't been using it for more than 6 months but that said, I've had enough projects and redemptions to get a full understanding of its performance. TANGO CARD just works better than the rest for the redemption experience for the end recipient.

The company has an in-house customer support team. They can be reached by email or phone. The response time is good and I do not have anything negative to say about them. The good thing is that the hours of operation are 24/7 so one can reach them anytime with questions about reward management.

We liked Tango Card much more as it was easier to use and had more flexibility within our company. It allowed us to be more creative as well. The scale of cards and ease of use, both front and back end were huge decision points for us. Everything about Tango Card appeared to be much better than Tremendous and we are happy with our choice.

me personally never used a different recoginition platform before using Workhuman. since i started working at my current company, Workhuman has met our company needs with its easy to use interface. strong focus on company values. it's been great fit for our culture and goals. we are excited to keep using the platform

• We used Tango Card as an incentive to attend training, and this increased the number of attendees by over 50% when it was not used.
• We were able to bring in more attendees as a focus group and gain valuable insight to a product we were creating.

• I do not think there is any negative impact. We had a homegrown rewards management tool. It was useful in communicating with employees.
• It was difficult to run reports in the past and we had to maintain accounts with different vendors. It was difficult as we could only work with a limited number of companies to obtain gift cards.
