Good to start for small businesses to test the best tool suits for them. It solve CRM issues like lead management, lead reminders for follow-up, direct integration with Gmail, and alerts if leads open the mail. The Bigin app works well with feature that tracks your call and let you know if a lead called you.
As a non-profit organisation, we have struggled to find a CRM system that can be customised for our specific needs. There are tons of funding opportunities and calls for proposals listed in many places, posts and subscription platforms and it becomes difficult to keep track opportunities with go/no go decisions, proposals submitted, funding timelines and successful / unsuccessful bids.

Definately suited for the non-profit space, especially for small and medium NGO's who do not have large budgets but need a reliable CRM system. I would imagine for a large non-profit with adequate budgets, a larger CRM system would be more suitable. For us, this is just what we need.
We've always been a lean team and almost all our data has always resided in google sheets - which meant the team was used to handling multiple sheets. But with growth came more data - more outbound - and pipelines that could not be manage through sheets. Now we knew we needed a crm but it was difficult to get a hold of a crm that was built for small teams - one that just had the absolute necessity while being robust enough to make tracking and projections easier - That is where BIGIN fit in.

If you're teams have never used a crm or have not adopted to the ones that were implemented before because of the long training calls - and platforms generally not being easy to use - go for BIGIN. It is very easy to use and adopt. Their support teams are also very responsive - at any point in case you face any issue while using the platform you can use their live chat option and get it sorted very conveniently.
I've been using this CRM for about a year, but it has solved many of my problems. This program has helped me not lose any of my customers and has given me a marketing plan for them.

Utilised Bigin by Zoho CRM because the number of leads outgrew the set number of fingers a human being is born with. A google sheet did not suffice, the information took hours to sort. I would always make sure to be near the first-aid box with the aspirin in it before I had to make a BD progress report. Bigin by Zoho made it easier to track every lead stage, communication, relevant information and necessary information, necessary follow up actions and stages and managing heaps of lead data.
At Unicus Loans, managing leads and maintaining strong relationships with our partners is critical to our business, and Bigin CRM has been a great support in this journey. It has helped us organize all our leads in one place, track every interaction, and ensure no follow-ups are missed.

If a colleague needs a super-simple, cost-effective CRM for pipeline and contact management only, this is a good one. The iOS app is also well put-together and functional, which is nice for on-the-go customer and sales support.
Our company recently expanded, and has added a new sales team. With using Bigin CRM it has helped with keeping all our daily clients organized, and we're able to track our sales team processes, and closed deals. It's also helpful to have an overview of the revenue generated through the months. This has been a great experience with this simple to use CRM platform, at a reasonable price point.
