We've always been a lean team and almost all our data has always resided in google sheets - which meant the team was used to handling multiple sheets. But with growth came more data - more outbound - and pipelines that could not be manage through sheets. Now we knew we needed a crm but it was difficult to get a hold of a crm that was built for small teams - one that just had the absolute necessity while being robust enough to make tracking and projections easier - That is where BIGIN fit in.

Cons
- The only place I would recommend improvement is the mobile app - It still only has limited filters for contacts
Likelihood to Recommend
If you're teams have never used a crm or have not adopted to the ones that were implemented before because of the long training calls - and platforms generally not being easy to use - go for BIGIN. It is very easy to use and adopt. Their support teams are also very responsive - at any point in case you face any issue while using the platform you can use their live chat option and get it sorted very conveniently.
