Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are currently emerging and do not have a specific CRM system for our customers by now. Our goal is to overlook our different customers, track possible leads and engage potential customers actively through Bigin.

The usability is very easy to understand. It takes some time generating all the content you need (e.g. forms or email templates) but the integration in Bigin is very easy and therefore the usability. Once you have all together, you can automatize a lot of marketing activities as well as following up possible projects/customers.
It's original and the simplicity. Whereas QuickBooks Online doesn't offer typical CRM features at all, Odoo is way too complicated at first sight. The integration and the programms for new members are time intensive and do not offer a simple integration. Bigin just takes care of the basics you need as a small business.

If you are a small business, Bigin can help you a lot understanding basic CRM. Learning how to track your different processes through Pipelines (e.g. Sales, Product Development) is very easy. The import of data could take up some time field mapping everything, but apart from that it works nicely.
