Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin helps me with Sales automation, pipeline management, and identifying how to warm up lost leads and keep track of all my outbound.

Pros

  • Pipeline Management.
  • Mail Merges.
  • UI - Ease of Use / Intuitiveness.

Cons

  • Increased Marketing Features.
  • A separate section for leads is required; currently, only contacts are available. This would help with cold outreach, as not all leads convert to contacts.
  • Integration with WeChat would be valuable for our use-case.
  • Helped us manage relationships better.
  • Helped us do outbound more effectively.
  • Introduced our team to new ways of work and opened their minds to further technology adaptation.
Its UI is much simpler than Zoho, and it is incredibly easy to set up yourself and get going within a short timeline.
It's not as feature-dense as some of the above, but it's cheap, easy to use, and has all the functionalities a company would require in the initial stages of their business operations.
