- A separate section for leads is required; currently, only contacts are available. This would help with cold outreach, as not all leads convert to contacts.
- Integration with WeChat would be valuable for our use-case.

- Introduced our team to new ways of work and opened their minds to further technology adaptation.
It's not as feature-dense as some of the above, but it's cheap, easy to use, and has all the functionalities a company would require in the initial stages of their business operations.
