Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM
This is used to better organize sales and account management operations within a small business. The lack of a polished, easy-to-use way to track sales and account management activities results in lower service quality for our current and future clients. Using BIGIN is a good way to improve those processes at an affordable price.
Pros

- Opportunity tracking.
Cons
- Microsoft integration (Teams and SSO).
- Takes a long time to hear back from Zoho sales.
- Calls made via CRM need to go through a Zoho telephony service.
- No data on this currently.
HubSpot has a tremendous amount of features that can be built out. It requires onboarding to get the CRM set up quickly, out of the box. Bigin is very stripped-down and tailored more for startups and small businesses, focusing on pipeline and contact management for outbound sales and account management activities.
