Hiring Process Management: Once the job is out there, Circle’s Recruitment Technology is used to manage applicants through the hiring process. This includes, application review, interview management, offer and most importantly, collecting onboarding documents and key information about the new employee.


Manage Teams: Circles Technology has a number of key features that help users to manage teams on a daily basis. This includes Holiday requests, Document Storage and direct communications. Engaging teams improves retention and staff happiness.


Scheduling: Circles scheduling tool allows users to create and publish schedules based on any business needs. Using its smart forecasting, POS integrations (as frequently as every 15 minutes) and rule tools labour costs will be optimal for live business levels.


Reporting: Circle can generate a daily report to let users know where business is from a labour, profitability, compliance and maintenance perspective, everyday. Circle can directly integrate with a pos to extract relevant data and have an easy format for location teams to locate any issues.


Marketplace: Ensures stock orders are correct, deliveries are checked in and missing item are never lost. Using Circles Marketplace module, users can determine how much is spent with which suppliers, ensure all items are delivered and checked in, and pay authorise payment on supplier invoices.


Automated Payments: Circle’s automated payments saves time in processing payments to employees, suppliers and contractors. Connecting directly to a bank account, a user can set the rules and make payments on any terms.


Managed Payroll: Circle can manage monthly payroll by taking data from the Circle Punch Time and Attendance system, review, share for approval and make payments.


Table Reservations: For a hospitality operator, the Table Reservations tool can be used to take online pre bookings as well as walk ins.
