As an MSP, we use the software internally, as well as providing the service to our clients. It completely eliminates the requirement of setting manual signatures within various Outlook clients, and even includes automated signatures when sending from mobile devices, which our clients absolutely love! The fact that we can make an initial change to a signature, and have it immediately deployed to 200+ staff is great.

I can't really see an option where this wouldn't be suitable. Most businesses tend to only have a single signature across their user base, but being able to have the flexibility is absolutely great. We manage our rules via MS365 security groups, with a lot of these already existing which really simplifies things.

The signatures never looked right and the users were always changing them without consent leading to more formatting issues. The system just works as advertised and it does it well. The signature templates are very easy to use and apply.

While it's easy to do a company wide signature it's also possible to go very granular , based on departments or even down to specific persons.

We needed a solution that made it easy to config every signature of all our users. New users, offboarded users, different signatures for different campaigns or holidays - everything is possible. As long as your AD system behind it is set up in groups, you're good to go, and even micro-managing every single e-mail address would be possible if you're inclined to do it that way.

With CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, we found a partner that offers exactly this solution with the signature tool for Microsoft365 among many other products. We have been using the solution for a long time now and are delighted with the versatility of the possibilities. Despite the diversity, the usability is still quite intuitive and well documented on the manufacturer's website. The implementation is also well designed with an onboarding process so that setup is quick and straightforward. Another plus point is that it can be managed via a web browser. No local software is required. Contact with the support team has also gone well so far. They respond quickly and the processing is goal-oriented. I myself am 100% convinced by the signature solution and can recommend it without reservation.

As the setup is guided and simple, the signature solution is quickly set up and configured. From the creation of the CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 environment to the connection with M365, all steps are well documented and automated as far as possible. Once set up, the signature can be used quickly via the integrated signature editor. The creation of the rules for when which signature is used is also well managed, so that the functionality can be provided quickly. Existing signatures can also be imported as HTML code.

However, it may be less suitable for small businesses with the need of purchasing a minimum of 10 licenses. I think there is room to offer a package for smaller businesses with less than 10 users as they can still benefit from the professional display of signatures.

A very well thought-out program with very good handling. You can easily control the signatures. What we really like is the fact that the social media icons are all already predefined and I just have to place them.The handling is also very good. I can apply the signatures to individual employees or to the entire organization.

The simplicity and speed with which you can create a signature and make it available to users is very well implemented. In no time at all we inserted images, set links and then tested and published them. The assignment of the individual mail accounts is also very well thought out

As a company we were not happy with the management capabilities of O365 in controlling users signatures in the company. We started looking for solutions and we came across CodeTwo. When we first started using CodeTwo we were entirely on-prem with Exchange. Then a few years back we moved to O365 for our email and we switched to CodeTwo for O365. We have loved CodeTwo, it allows us to easily manage signatures across many departments, users, and devices. It is very easy to manage and configure. Marketing is easily able to provide new graphics when needed for special campaigns and we can easily control which users get which campaigns.

There is great flexibility in controlling signatures for various departments/users. The editing tools are awesome. There is great flexibility that allows our Marketing Team to design excellent graphics for all of the signatures. The ability to link each signature to the user and provide social links to their own company media is awesome.
