Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 saves us a massive amount of time monthly. Before, we were manually editing and applying profiles to each user's machine, which was time consuming and error prone. The signatures never looked right and the users were always changing them without consent leading to more formatting issues. Now that we are using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, we are able to manage all of the signatures in one place using smart templates to selectively apply to different users.

The templates are easy to create and to apply. The logic filters are easy to understand and work well. The system was easy to setup and continues to be easy to manage.
The Office 365 integration and the email profile management was tighter looking in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365, which is why we selected them over the competitors. I also liked the ability to use logic and variables in the signatures to allow us to be a little more creative in the applications.

We use CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 with Office 365 and the integration is fantastic. I never have to worry if a use isn't going to see the right template, or if the plugin isn't going to work right. The system just works as advertised and it does it well. The signature templates are very easy to use and apply.

Using CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

100 - All of our users have the signatures applied to their emails, but only 1 person manages the signatures (more could if needed). We are a law firm, users include lawyers, secretaries, admin staff... Everyone find the system easy to use and reliable.
1 - Just one person manages all of the signatures. A basic knowledge of HTML helps greatly, but the GUI "WYSIWYG" is very easy to use and reliable in the sense that it's not going to act differently from what you see.

  • Signatures from Mobile Phones work well
  • Hybrid mode allows signatures for agentless email senders
  • The ability to add a signature from an email client that does not have an agent\plugin is a fantastic help

We have had no issues since setting it up and the continue to add more features.
