Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

As a company we were not happy with the management capabilities of O365 in controlling users signatures in the company. We started looking for solutions and we came across CodeTwo. When we first started using CodeTwo we were entirely on-prem with Exchange. Then a few years back we moved to O365 for our email and we switched to CodeTwo for O365. We have loved CodeTwo, it allows us to easily manage signatures across many departments, users, and devices. It is very easy to manage and configure. Marketing is easily able to provide new graphics when needed for special campaigns and we can easily control which users get which campaigns.

Pros

  • Easy to manage sender/recipients
  • Support is awesome, only have used a couple times, but they were great
  • The entire editing capabilities and freedom it give our Marketing Team for designs
  • Its many Features in one application

Cons

  • Have been using this product for over 5 years and we have no complaints
  • It gave us a more professional appearance to our customers
  • We have saved a lot over the years on labor hours; because of its easy of management and configuration
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is very easy to configure and manage. We have been very satisfied with the features and functions that the product provides for our company. The ease of management of the signatures with the editing tools provided is awesome. The control of the signatures and the ability to manage down to the sender and recipient levels is awesome.
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 was the winner for us over other products we tested; because it was the best value with all of the features it has to offer. The management capabilities and the ease of configuration was a large factor for us as well. The Editing tools that are built into the product have allowed us to easily modify our signatures.

We have been very pleased with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. The capabilities and features of the product have been awesome. We can easily manage all signatures for the entire company in one place. There is great flexibility in controlling signatures for various departments/users. The editing tools are awesome. There is great flexibility that allows our Marketing Team to design excellent graphics for all of the signatures. The ability to link each signature to the user and provide social links to their own company media is awesome.
