Our go-to signature solution for Quick Setup and Flexibility of company wide signatures.

Overall Satisfaction with CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

For any company we notice it is a hassle to maintain consistency in the signatures of the employees. CodeTwo is our go-to solution to manage and maintain signatures in a central configuration setup.

While it's easy to do a company wide signature it's also possible to go very granular , based on departments or even down to specific persons.

The flexibility and ease of config is our main reason to go for CodeTwo for our e-mail signatures.

Pros

  • Ease of Setup & Configuration.
  • Quick to setup Company Wide signatures...
  • but also very flexible to go very granular...

Cons

  • In the past we had one time that (CodeTwo) servers in the mail chain were blacklisted by some antispam services and this caused issues. This happened only once and was solved pretty quickly though.
  • Downtime on CodeTwo infrastructure can cause E-mail delivery issues, a quick solution to temp disconnect from CodeTwo in case of issues would be nice.
  • Easy & Quick setup means a quick return on ROI
  • Easy to add into your MSP model toward customers
Using alternatives we did have more issues with Client Side signatures.
With the newly web-addin these issues don't exist, it works in Classic & New Outlook and also on OWA.

The configuration is quick and easy, even very specific cases are easy to accomplish (example : add mobile numbers only to the sales team.)
The Signature Designer Interface is more feature complete then Exclaimer.
The Web Add-in works better for client side signatures then the mixed app/addon solution for Exclaimer.

The documentation on CodeTwo is much more detailed and user friendly, our Level One techs are much quicker in doing more advanced options in CodeTwo then in Exclaimer.

It is our go-to solution for cloudbased Signatures. Because there is no server/software to install it's great for small and big companies.

The documentation is very extensive and informational (there are also a lot of Youtube video's which is preferred by some of our techs to learn stuff)
