A very complete CRM. With this tool, our internal operations and speed in which we move increase a lot. Due to its versatility of functions we are able to optimize our opportunities to bring leads in the door for sales through marketing. I am for one a fan of the sales dialer integration. It makes my life easier being able to track all of the calls that I make each day. I would recommend to all as a sales and marketing tool.

Not all teams use the program. It has also been fundamentl for the sales team, structuring all the new clients. Certainly one of the most complete tools in this segment and with a very good cost when compared to other software.

Excellent platform for sales and marketing. Powerful framework for mapping leads and managing them. I believe that the platform delivers a lot, making the price not absurd. An excellent tool for medium and large companies delivering a lot of value and performance. It's definitely at the top of nominations.

Looking all around the market, you will find SharpSpring, with a slightly different business model that can make some eye turn but after you understand you will love it. The fact that you can buy directly from agencies that know the product and already know your objectives and product, is brilliant since no one will understand more your client than their selves and you that is emerging on his market, some platform forces you to buy their onboarding package that in the end, you don't leave with much. A platform with that many features on the begging can be a little overwhelming, but with time, you understand the reason for each feature. I use them for lead management, campaign, sales pipeline, and don't feel that I am using their potential 100% already

I train our clients on how to implement the CRM into their business and manage comprehensive drip campaigns for them. It is an excellent choice to introduce email automation since it is incredibly easy to use and the support team is very helpful and accessible.

It's an excellent choice for small businesses who are looking for ways to streamline their sales process and get started with email automation. For large businesses with more that 500 open sales leads at a time, it may not be appropriate since the sales pipeline has a max capacity of 500 opportunities. However, out of more than a dozen clients I have on the platform, 99% of them are extremely satisfied and find the platform easy to use and helpful to tracking ROI.
