Other companies we selected were lacking in that aspect of their offerings. In addition the use adn availability of them helping us on large projects for our customer base was a huge win in our books. To have them help us on a 200+ employee e-mail migration, including setting the the local outlook profiles on the users desktops saved us a lot of time, and at a appropriately placed price point, it was something we couldn't pass up.,5,Webroot Endpoint Protection, Webroot DNS Protection and LogMeIn Rescue,Spiceworks and AutotaskContinuum RMM - Best Bang for Your BuckCustomer support / Help desk,Continuum RMM did clearly understand the business problem I wanted to solve and they did solve it. Managing windows updates for thousands of workstations can be a nightmare. With Continuum RMM, it has made this task much easier and automated. No more checking WSUS on hundreds of servers or figuring out a way to get reporting. Continuum does it for us. Easy to schedule and monitor.,Great customer support. Great at windows updates. Great for setting up new clients.,Better reporting. Patching can still use some help.,8,Based on the fact that they have a live Network Operations Center (NOC) is the main reason we stay with Continuum. They may cost more, but what they offer in that cost is superior. Antivirus, Log Me In, live NOC, and they just acquired BrightGauge. Bundle all of this separately and your cost will skyrocket. One area that Continuum RMM is well suited in would be the notification aspect. They do well with notifying us of issues with our servers. They monitor up/down status, hardware issues, and even DHCP conflict issues. One area that needs work is the test and blacklist windows patches. We have had a couple of instances where they released a Microsoft patch and multiple endpoints we manage were affected, which took quite a bit of time for us to resolve.

  • Patching can still use some help.
Continuum RMM is well suited for medium to large MSPs. It would also work well for smaller MSPs but cost becomes prohibitive. It allows a smaller staff to manage a larger volume of clients and machines. This is where the cost becomes effective. A single or double staffed company probably would not benefit from this program, or be able to afford it.
