Overall Satisfaction with Continuum RMM

Continuum RMM, is a company that offers Managed Service Providers like LEAP Managed IT the tool sets needed to successfully support and managed their clients IT infrastructure. They do have a solid understanding of the needs of our industry and offer the appropriate tools to solve issues for our customers.

We were using a different RMM agent and switched to Continuum because of the tool sets they offer us to use during the assessment stage of new customer, in addition to the on-boarding ease and support. Other companies we selected were lacking in that aspect of their offerings. In addition the use adn availability of them helping us on large projects for our customer base was a huge win in our books. To have them help us on a 200+ employee e-mail migration, including setting the the local outlook profiles on the users desktops saved us a lot of time, and at a appropriately placed price point, it was something we couldn't pass up.

The one thing we liked about over the two listed above were the "all in one" solution, and how Continuum keeps moving to include items other than just RMM, they really are striving to be a solutions provider for managed IT companies. I have mentioned before, the ability to put in larger projects with them really set them ahead of the other companies, at the time we looked at them.
