Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer
We use Exclaimer Outlook Signature Edition to manage the user's signatures and get applied to the Outlook desktop app. Some time ago this software was able to deploy signatures to Office365 too but nowadays isn't capable. This software reinforces the signature policy to all Active Directory users every 15 minutes so if you have a tricky user that has modified its signature, it will be reverted.

- In the past, this software was able to deploy signatures to Office365 & Outlook desktop apps. Now, if you need Office365 deploy you have to move to an expensive plan.
