FormAssembly review
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use FormAssembly to register adult learners for professional development trainings, and to collect evaluations at the conclusion of the sessions. We are able to pass the information directly to Salesforce and track the responses easily through Salesforce and email alerts. FormAssembly also allows us to screen people for courses that have prerequisites, and collect different relevant data based on responses.
Pros
- Easy to add branding/logos to forms
- Conditional questions for screening and follow up
- Being able to save predefined field sets and clone existing forms is super helpful!
- Ability to connect to Salesforce, Google, etc is really useful
Cons
- I really wish the form list was wider! A lot of our forms have similar names and max width of only 800px with no text wrapping makes it difficult to find when searching!
Likelihood to Recommend
FormAssembly is really great for registrations, applications and collecting feedback. There are some times when we don't use it for feedback because it doesn't create graphs, and apparently the system our coworkers' department does. This is only an occasional issue for our department, so I don't really consider it a problem.
