The best ROI I have seen for us and for clients hands down, no brainer. You will have to pay tens of thousands for Exchange server and even more for a person to manage it. Here is cost $5 a month per user, no brainer.

At the ~$22/month per user price point it's hard to find other systems that cost less and that give you as many tools as Google Workspace. … It's very cost effective for us and offers a lot of features per user.

It gets us to a consistent way of thinking about collaboration From a negative pov, it doesn't work when you're offline (e.g. on a plane) It's a relatively affordable per user cost. … I'd say that G-Suite is quite similar to Office 365, but its probably pared out and less expensive.

They removed their free tier for small organizations like mine and restricted the free tier from adding new domain names. … Zoho's paid tier is cheaper than Google's, but [I feel] you don't get the same integration with Android and while Zoho offers a great service, the tools that were available didn't quite match Google...

Great value for cost. … I also believe many people will still need to purchase an Office 365 subscription to handle more advanced Excel files and editing in Word or PowerPoint, but Google will check 90% of the boxes.
